Installation
Every Phoenix Transworld asphalt plant supplied is designed to be installed in the shortest possible time. Meeting delivery dates for shipment is only half the story and Phoenix Transworld aims to have new plants installed quickly from arrival on site, so they can be producing asphalt and earning revenue for our clients.
Where possible, all plants are fully wired and electrically tested prior to despatch and plant designs take account of transport criteria and site conditions to reduce to a minimum problems that may arise during the installation and erection phase.
Phoenix Transworld installation engineers are world travelled and have considerable experience of overseeing site preparations and organising work plans to achieve smooth and rapid progress to commissioning, production testing and eventual plant hand-over.
