Phoenix Transworld has invested significantly in computer aided design facilities and drawn heavily on many years experience to ensure as far as possible Phoenix Transworld asphalt plants operate to satisfaction many years into the future.
A long service life, however, cannot be assured by design alone and Phoenix Transworld emphasises the need for regular and proper maintenance to be carried out in accordance with any instructions provided. This will extend the operating life of the plant and reduce to a minimum any incidence of malfunction which can lead to possible component failure and eventual stoppage.
Phoenix Transworld, therefore, attach great importance to the link between maintenance and design, the ease with which components can be serviced, their accessibility and their simplicity of removal or replacement; these are all factors taken into account at the design stage.
In addition Phoenix's experienced and fully trained in-house service team is there to help and offer assistance throughout the lifetime of your equipment.
Arrangements can be made for inspection visits to offer guidance on plant productivity, parts replacement or plant upgrades and in addition tailored long-term maintenance contracts can be agreed to provide for regular service visits.
