Dust Control Systems

Primary

Skimmers or multi-cyclones can be supplied to remove and collect coarse dust from the dryer exhaust gases. Skimmers are better suited to fixed installations, multi-cyclones are ideal for mounting on the dryer chassis' of mobile plants.

Both are designed to remove dust between 75 & 200 µm usually for reintroduction into the mix and to reduce overall wear in the exhaust ducts and secondary stage filter.

Secondary

Phoenix secondary fabric filter systems are guaranteed to deliver dust emission levels of less that 20 mg/m³ and enable plants to be sited in the most environmentally sensitive locations.

Reverse air cleaning eliminates the need for a high pressure cleaning system and extends the life of the high temperature resistant filter bags.

Systems are available for mobile, transportable or static installations.
