DrumStar Continuous Drum-Mix Plant
The Phoenix DrumStar range, an economical and highly portable alternative to batch plants, offers contractors the ability to move quickly and easily from job-site to job-site while maintaining consistent high levels of quality asphalt production.
A choice of capacities is available of 75, 100, 150 and 200 t/h and the chassis of the two smaller models is designed to be unbolted for transport across the world within standard containers.
Overview
Quality is at the heart of every Phoenix asphalt plant and the DrumStar range is no exception. Built to the same exacting standards as larger, more complex Phoenix designs, the DrumStar provides a very economical asphalt production at a very competitive cost.
The two chassis design permits a high degree of mobility, makes the plant very easy to relocate and greatly simplifies the task of installation and re-commissioning.
Three or four, mobile, cold feed hoppers can be supplied to complement the main plant, which itself can have either a wet dust collector or fabric bag filter.
All components are electrically pre-wired and fully tested in the factory prior to delivery. Asphalt quality is assured using a touch screen interface with a fully integrated PLC control system.
