A two unit plant designed for high mobility and fast on-site set up. The plant is ideal for contractors needing a low cost, easily movable asphalt plant.
The two units consist of:
Unit 1 - All equipment for the feeding and drying of the aggregates is mounted on a single mobile unit, fitted with running gear and brakes.
Unit 2 - Contains all equipment for screening, hot stone storage, batch weighing and mixing, mounted on a single mobile unit. This section is raised to operating height by in-built hydraulic jacks. The unit features an integral dust collection system - primary cyclones or two stage with bag filter.
