Sheeted Plant
To meet ever more stringent environmental legislation and increasing demands for its enforcement, Phoenix offers versions of the StarBatch and StarMix range of asphalt plants with enhanced environmental features.
Greater industrial expansion and urban development often overtake existing asphalt production sites or limit the location for new ones leading to significant planning obstacles when new plants are required.
To overcome these difficulties Phoenix has designs of StarBatch and StarMix plants that are fully sheeted to contain dust and noise emissions, reduce overall heat losses and give the visual appearance of urban factory buildings.
Several designs incorporate imported and reclaimed filler silos within the sheeted tower structure.
Built in modular sections, such plants can be erected with little difficulty and in the minimum of time.
