StarBatch is a range of highly efficient stack-up asphalt mixing plants capable of producing to a wide range of specifications. Built up in self-contained sections and transported to site in compact loads, StarBatch plants can be erected on site by crane in simple stages.
Compact, low profile tower arrangement with vertical elevator and heavy duty screen. Sealed dust housing to contain nuisance dust, with roll-away discharge chutes. Insulated hot stone bins with semi-rotary doors for aggregate discharge. Heated and insulated bitumen weigh vessel. Injection system into mixer. Batch weigh hoppers for aggregate and filler, all load cell mounted.
